Cancellation

Shireen Flowers guarantees 100% satisfaction to its esteemed clients, offering world-class quality in every product and service. However, if for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us as soon as possible via our official email address. If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we can cancel it and issue a refund where applicable.

Once the order leaves our company for delivery but has not yet reached you, we may contact the delivery driver to attempt cancellation. However, we will not be able to provide a refund for the product due to the perishable nature and quality of the fresh produce used.
